SQL Error 1142

Answer
While trying installing/upgrading the component i get an error similar like this one:
--> SQL Error DB function failed with error number 1142
INDEX command denied to user 'web72'@'localhost' for table 'jos_liveticker_items' SQL=CREATE INDEX IDX_LIVETICKER on `jos_liveticker_items` (`tid`);
SQL = CREATE INDEX IDX_LIVETICKER on `jos_liveticker_items` (`tid`);
This is because your hosting provider doesn't granted you with enough privlieges to perfom such an SQL command! Contact your hosting provider for further information or remove the specific SQL command (in the LiveTicker component is the only command which can occur such an error message the creation of the SQL Index to increase the performance of the ticker representation)

this error (is in my opinion) not a because of the live-ticker component.
Your joomla installation misses some global libraries. Which version of joomla is installed?

I have installed your component but I received this error:
